How does the product warranty work?
We offer a "12 Month Product Warranty" for Caseora products. Within 12 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply contact us with a description summarising the issue and a photo/video clearly showing the defect, and a one-time replacement of the same product at our cost during the warranty period.
Does your warranty cover all defects?
We cover most of the defects that happened to our products. However, it does not cover deterioration/ any defects resulting from normal aging or scratches due to the natural wear-and-tear of the product. Caseora reserves the right to validate any requested warranty claims or modify warranty policies at our sole discretion.
Supplementary Note: Only the product itself is defective or the product is damaged during transportation to enjoy our warranty policy, excluding man-made intentional damage.
Can I request a different product for my replacement under the warranty?
